Nimue is globally recognised for its four skin classifications. Uniquely, Nimue doesn’t just focus on one aspect like traditional ‘skin typing’, for example ‘oily or combination skin’ but rather looks at the whole picture.
For example, an Environmentally Damaged skin may display a range of symptoms such as ageing, dry and oily patches, pigmentation etc. The prescribed homecare and in-salon treatments for this skin classification will improve all symptoms and skin health in general.
Environmentally Damaged
Classified as skin with clinical signs of premature aging or photo aging or different skin types, conditions and phototypes.
Hyperpigmented
Skin that presents an uneven skin colour influenced by internal and external factors.
Problematic
Classified as skin with oiliness, breakouts, enlarged pores and congestion.
Interactive
Suitable for skins that manifest temporary sensitisation due to ill health, medication and skin resurfacing procedures.
