The quickest and easiest way to contact us is via WhatsApp. Your message will initially be answered by our AI assistant, which can help with many common questions, treatment information and bookings. If your enquiry requires a member of the team, it will be seamlessly passed to one of our friendly receptionists, who will be happy to assist you.

To help us provide the best possible service to all of our clients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, missed appointments or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee in line with our salon policy.
If you arrive late for your appointment, we will always do our best to accommodate you where possible. However, your treatment time may need to be reduced to avoid delaying other clients, and the full treatment fee will still apply.
